HEY GUYS!

Tampines Central CC Youth Executive Committee (YEC) will be organising a Bi-annual General Meeting (BGM) cum Bowling Competition on the 12 September 2009 from 9.15am to 1.30pm at the Tampines SAFRA. They will be expecting 150 participants for this event. There will be attractive prizes to be won and prizes for the best male and female players for the games. Mr Sin Boon Ann, MP for Tampines GRC will be the Guest-of-Honour for the event.

Details :

• Team of 4 (At least one female and male)
• Each bowler will bowl 2 games.
• Fee : $50
• Registration deadline : 31 August 2009
• If interested, let Qingling know and she will email you further details.

HELLO PEOPLE!

I apologise on behalf of SAA for the delay of the training shirts.

We have to start collecting money for the training shirt now.

It's $9. Those guys in the top16, please make payment to Alwin.

Girls in the top 14, make payment to Jerene

during training or during the last roll off on 16 August.

Those who are not in the top16/top14, we've ordered the shirt for

you all as mentioned during the first team meeting. So

please do make arrangement with Alwin/Jerene and meet them in school

to pass them the money. Please be responsible and dont let them

chase you all for the money. We need to collect the money

by this week. SAA will only print the shirts once they've collected

all the money. If you want your shirt fast, do cooperate and

take the initiative to make payment.

in the team. Interested in helping to design, do contact

I've sent the registration forms to all your emails.
Grab a partner and fill in the forms online.

After you are done with filling up the form, send it
back to QingLing and she will send them back to SMU
as soon as possible before the deadline.
Please do so because we want to discuss with school about
subsidising us for this event so we need to know the number of teams
we're sending. If you dont send it back to QingLing,
then you will not be bowling under TP and school will
not subsidise your team.

But bottomline is... whether or not the school
will subsidise, it is still pending.

After the AGM on the 30th,

the committee has decided to appoint another vice captain

to help out our dear Jerene during the absence of Qingling and Perry's SIP.

ATTENDANCE IS COMPULSORY. (except for year3 that are having their internship. do text your respective captains/VC to inform them)

Also, those who wish to apply for any of the CCA Awards, please print the nomination form online and fill in.
Sign in to your student portal >> administrative matters >> scholarship, awards >> CCA awards >> CCA Merit (etc.)

Most importantly, print your academic results (cumulative from year1 onwards) and CCA transcript and submit it to us during the AGM together with the nomination form so that we can help you apply. Do not submit individually by yourself because we are submitting as a CCA group.
